Barbara Shaw-Dorso
Conflict Assistance Program Coordinator
She/Her
I live in Burlington and enjoy being able to ride my bicycle (especially in the nice weather) to almost anywhere I want to go. I enjoy traveling mostly on bicycle trips and visits with family. I go to Zumba classes at least 3 times a week and Pound class once a week. Friends bring a great joy to me and we often take advantage of the amazing happenings downtown including the Flynn and other arts events that are always happening downtown Burlington. Besides being a vocation, my work here at the BCJC, the work of peacemaking, is an avocation for me. *Barbara was awarded the Community Based Advocate Award at the Vermont Crime Victim Rights Award Ceremony in 2017.
